Introduction to Yoga workshops and one-to-one sessions
If you are new to yoga, or if you have done some but are confused about the different styles, and are not sure which is the best class or style for you, we run regular Introduction to Yoga workshops at the studio on Saturday mornings. These are 2 hour long sessions, in which Nigel will give a brief explanation of where yoga comes from, what it involves, and why there are so many different ways of practising. There will be 3 short sessions of yoga, in 3 contrasting styles, and time at the end for any questions and for a run through of the options for classes at the studio, or elsewhere. Nigel is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher of 25 years experience. He has practised and taught yoga for many years, and has taught thousands of people of all sorts of shapes and sizes. He specialises in making yoga accessible for all, in a simple, non-dogmatic way. Taking up yoga at any age, at any time in life, can help you build up and maintain health, well-being and vitality.

Private one-to-one sessions
If you would like a private one-to-one session, or if you have a friend or a small group of people, please contact us to arrange a time. Sessions cost £60 and last approximately 90 minutes.
